You can not go on indefinitely and a country that goes wrong

I saw this fantastic video of the President of Banco Santander and thought magnificent.

It's worth checking:

Their action speaks so loudly that I can not hear what you say.

Some excerpts from the spoken text:

(...)
What do you do on a daily basis is adding value?
You're doing something that actually is somehow building to have a better country?
(...)
But, rather, how you build your score. You will add value.
(...)
(A good example was) a company of predatory shrimp.
"We must work with them or not?" I know nothing about it, but I imagine that when they do something predatory, with the passage of time, can no longer do so.
So how am I going to lend money to this company?
"Let's put the company out?" No. And if we talk there?
And there we were talking. And in order to finance an oceanographer. I know nothing about this, but he meant to see how you could do something different and to be sustainable in the sense that she could continue fishing for a very long period.
And managed to do so. And everyone came out winning.
The company, because it will have a much better perspective of business, the bank, because he made a transaction with the company, and who likes to eat shrimp because shrimp will power any longer, because it totally changed the way we work.
(...)
Everything you do must be seen as part of building a larger vision, an image of a work, an impact that you cause.
(...)
Excuse me here ... a "nerd" is nothing more than bring down who's up there. To see if it makes everyone poor and "what-vamo vamo.
(...)
It has an American philosopher, Ralph Emerson, who says:
"Their actions speak so loudly that I can not hear what you say."
(..)
Is in our hands.
The country it needs reform: welfare, labor, tax, tax ...
But more important is the reform of values. And reform of values is not the government doing.
Are we on a daily basis in our attitude to a problem facing a difficulty, given a traffic ticket before a fine of one supervisor.
How did you react that? What do you do? What you give an example?
(...)
But I think this idea that the society in which we live is not inseparable from us.
It is rather the sum of what each of us do on a daily basis. Society does not exist: it is simply the sum of what I do, what it does, what he does ...
Each one does one thing, and the sum that gives the society that we are in Brazil.
(...)
The people are still voting, still paying taxes. But like a separate thing, we put ourselves comfortably in a position to "stay here" with a series of petty crimes, and criticizing those who are there as things separated.
(...)
... Words of Gandhi ...
We must be the change we want to see in the world.

When you say you have 30 years, then seek to avoid activities that caused 15 years

Revista Trip: And you are how old?

Rickson Gracie: Xi, I forgot long ago. Part of my thinking not to mention my age. I believe in the strength of mind, and educate your mind to repeat his age is a major fault. You fit an age that takes you from the perspective of time. I have no problem having been born in 1959. But I do not know how old I am. If you say you have 30, 50, is unconscious in a situation that can no longer do what you did with 15. I prefer to respond to an activity of 18 years or 100 years. Most importantly, be ready! Ready to be a child, reckless, responsible for that life you demand. Otherwise you start to reduce. I have no problem getting older. I'm ready.

Lucid? Few "Heavens! Look how many sleepwalkers walking on the sidewalks, how many undead drive their vehicles in the year

"Lucid? Few
Heavens! Look how many sleepwalkers walking on the sidewalks, how many undead drive their vehicles of the year "

http://www.saindodamatrix.com.br/archives/2010/02/sobre_tolices_importantes.html

At this point we forget that our hearts also have a voice, we can abandon the path taken at any time, without owing anything to anyone and not stick to pride, which is a value that destroys many souls.
As the poet said: "Lucid? Few "
Heavens! Look how many sleepwalkers walking on the sidewalks, how many undead drive their vehicles of the year;

Only do what you love

"How do you get money doing what you love?
- You do not. I lost money When I started to do what I love.
But The Reality Is That You position yourself to Succeed.
If you are doing something else and you want to in this thing you love, than Will you work after-hours. You work from 9AM to 6PM, you get home, you kiss the dog and you go to town.

You start building equity in your brain Wherever You Are Trying to ACCOMPLISH after-hours. Everybody Has team. Stop watching fucking Lost. "-

There are drugs that distort any notion ...

I was talking with a friend and the phrase just came. I liked that I decided to post here.

There are drugs (excess of laughter, fun and pleasure) that distorts any notion of time, turning life into endless days of memories, perpetuating any time.

Obama vs. Lula

Needed to reproduce the contents:

Watch Obama's speech, and then compare it with that of Lula.

Remember that Obama is a Harvard graduate, his gost-writer is also formed by an Ivy League, with notes and suggestions from Obama himself. The text of Lula was not written by him, but he has his notes, veto and suggestions.

Obama used I (i) no fewer than 20 times. I, my father, my town, my children, wy wife, a narcissism and egocentrism scary. Obama begins his speech with I COME HERE, and only the third minute takes an argument pro the United States. They are administratively more efficient, which may be true. It ends with "we want", "we urge" you to vote for us.

Lula did not use the first person to not be in "my country", "my friends". Already in the first 30 seconds put two strong arguments for Brazil.

Lula and Obama both read and approved his speeches before presenting them, and then draw their conclusions.

Indeed, Lula's speech was very well structured and emocinante more than Obama. And look I'm not Lula! :)

Something not funny

Four thousand people have flu and everyone wants to wear a mask. Thirty-three million have AIDS and nobody wants to use a condom.
